Per 25 mei 2018 is de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG) van toepassing. Dat betekent dat er vanaf die datum dezelfde privacywetgeving geldt in de hele Europese Unie (EU). De AVG bevat nieuwe privacyregels met als belangrijkste doel uw persoonsgegevens nog beter te beschermen. Op basis daarvan hebben ook wij ons huidige Privacy Verklaring aangepast.
Via deze website verwerkt MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ persoonsgegevens, wanneer u gebruik maakt van ons de website, u zich aanmeldt voor de nieuwsbrief of wanneer u met ons in contact treedt via email of telefoon. Deze AVG verklaring is alleen van toepassing op persoonsgegevens die we direct via deze website verkrijgen en geldt niet voor alle platforms, website of app's van derden. Wanneer je via een link op deze website naar een derde partij wordt doorverwezen, waaronder alle sociale media platforms, verlaat je de website. 1.Definities
MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ hiermee wordt bedoelt VENROOIJ TABOR V.O.F. Kamer van koophandel nummer 59415169, verantwoordlijke omtrent de verwerking van uw persoonsgevens;
AVG afkorting van de wet Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming 2016/679.
Persoonsgegevens zijn gegevens die direct of indirect iets over u, als individu, zeggen. Denk aan uw naam en adres of uw bestelling. Ook gegevens van een eenmanszaak, VOF of maatschap zijn persoonsgegevens. Dit geldt niet voor de gegevens van een rechtspersoon zoals een BV of NV. Gegevens van de contactpersoon of vertegenwoordiger van een rechtspersoon zijn dat wel;
Basis (persoons)gegevens dit zijn de gegevens waarmee we u kunnen duiden: naam, adres, telefoonnummer, email adres;
Verwerken van persoonsgegevens, zijn alle handelingen omtrent het opslaan, verzamelen, gebruiken, doorgeven en verwijderen van uw gegevens;

2. welke persoonsgegevens verzamelt MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ
Basis data, zoals naam, adres, telefoonnummer, email adres
Uitgebreide data we administreren ook al uw communicatie met ons, zoals emails, chats, eventuele comments en andere geschreven (online en offline) media.
Gevoelige data we verzamelen en bewaren geen gevoelige persoonlijke informatie, zoals beschreven in de AVG, wwaaronder ras, relegie of gezondheid.
COOKIES en vergelijkbare technologie door gebruik te maken van onze website verzamelen we cookies en vergelijkbare technologie. Een cookie is een kleine digitaal data bestandje, dat op uw computer wordt gedownload om ervoor te zogen dat het gebruik van de website vlot en accuraat verloopt. We gebruiken deze cookies om de website correct te laten werken en om inzicht te krijgen in uw gebruik van onze website. 3. doeleinden – met welk doel verzamelt, bewaart en verwerkt MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ uw persoonsgegevens?
We verwerken persoonsgegevens ten eerste om bij verkoop of opdrachtverstrekking aan onze contractuele verplichting jegens u te voldoen en om ervoor te zorgen dat onze diensten en/of producten op de best mogelijke manier aan u worden geleverd.
Ten aanzien van wettelijke en juridische regelgeving is MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ verplicht uw basis gegevens in de afministratie te bewaren en op een veilige en goede manier te verwerken. Denk daarbij aan de Nederlandse administratieplicht of gerechtelijke en juridische onderzoeken.
Klantcontact en beheer Wanneer u contact opneemt met MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ door ons een email te sturen, een App- of chatbericht, danwel middels telefonisch contact, bewaren wij deze gegevens, zodat we contact met u kunnen opnemen over uw getoonde interesse of vraag.
Digitale nieuwsbrief wanneer zich heeft ingeschreven voor de nieuwsbrief, bewaart MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ uw email adres om u maximaal 1 keer per maand te informeren over onze nieuwste aanwinsten en eventuele overige verkoop- of bedrijfsinformatie.

4. Wanneer wordt informatie aan derden verstrekt?
We verstrekken alleen actief uw basis gegevens aan derden om te voldoen aan:
- onze contractuele verplichtingen jegens u, waaronder leverinsgafspraken.om levering van uw aankoop of onderdelen daarvan mogelijk te maken, geven wij deze informatie eenmalig door aan het transportbedrijf of leverancier die het product of onderdeel daarvan zal gaan leveren. Door betaling van de factuur gaat u akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarde en het verstrekken van genoemde gegevens aan het betreffende bedrijf;
- op basis van wettelijke en juridische regelgeving en verzoeken
- in het kader van ons verzekeringsrecht ten behoeve van schadeclaims. Indien MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ gebruikt maakt van haar verzekeringsrecht ten aanzien van transportclaims of andere schade, worden uw basis gegevens verstrekt aan de betreffende instantie;
- op uw verzoek.
MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ werkt samen met online diensten van derden partijen, denk aan Google Analytisc, Adobe Portfolio, Instagram en Facebook. Uw gegevens worden niet actief aan deze derden partijen doorgeven, maar het kan zijn dat door gebruik te maken van onze website deze partijen toegang hebben tot uw gegevens, zoals uw (media)gebruik van de website, uw IP adres en regio/locatie, en vanuit welk platform of website u om onze website terecht bent gekomen.
MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ neemt deel aan social media, communicatie en verkoopplatforms zoals Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook en WhatsApp, als ook verschillende online verkoopplatforms. Wanneer u op de betreffende platforms onze pagina bezoekt en/of berichten 'liked' kan het betreffende platform deze activiteit registreren en opslaan. Deze informatieverwerking vindt plaats bij het betreffende platform en valt dan ook niet onder de verantwoordelijkheid van MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ .
5.Bewaartermijn
We bewaren uw gegevens niet langer dan we deze nodig achten voor de doelen waarvoor we de gegevens hebben verzameld of de doelen waarvoor we deze hergebruiken. In de meeste gevallen hanteren we hierbij de termijn van de Nederlandse administratieverplichting van 7 jaar na het einde van de overeenkomst of het contact. In enkele gevallen kan het voorkomen dat we uw gegevens langer willen bewaren voor archivering, met betrekking tot de herkomst- en bestemming-bepaling van unieke items.
6.BESCHERMING GEGEVENS
MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ heeft beveiligingsprocedures en technische maatregelen genomen en opgezet om uw gegevens te beschermen tegen ongeoorloofde toegang, vernietiging of wijziging. Denk hierbij aan regelmatige Malware en spyware scans, Beveiligde SSL certificering van de website, en TLS certificering van de server.
7.VERANTWOORDINGSPLICHT en REGISTER
Conform de AVG heeft MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ een verantwoordingsplicht. Deze bestaat eruit dat we u een inzicht en overzicht kunnen bieden van uw gegevens en de verwerking daarvan. U heeft het recht om uw digitale data file in te zien. Daarin staat welke informatie we hebben en aan wie we deze eventueel (denk aan een transporteur) hebben doorgegeven. . We doen ons best u binnen 1 maand na aanvraag te verzoen van uw persoonlijke data file. Incidentele contacten hoeven en worden niet opgenomen in een register
8.Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen
Conform de nieuwe AVG heeft u het recht om:
- inzage te krijgen in uw opgeslagen gegevens;
- uw gegevens geheel te laten verwijderen;
- uw gegevens te rectificeren of aan te vullen;
- de verwerking van uw gegevens in te perken;
- bezwaar te maken tegen gegevensverwerking.
In ons register / uw digitale data file staat of we uw gegevens hebben opgeslagen, welke gegevens we hebben opgeslagen, met welk doel en aan wie we deze eventueel hebben doorgegeven (denk aan een transportbedrijf).

Houd er rekening mee dat MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ u om aanvullende informatie kan vragen om uw identiteit te bepalen, zoals een kopie van uw identiteitsbewijs.

We do not store your data longer than we deem necessary for the purposes for which we collected the data or the purposes for which we reuse it.
In most cases we apply the Dutch administration regulations, which states a storage period of 7 years after the end of the agreement or contact. In some cases we want to keep your data longer for archiving, e.g. in regard to the origin and destination determination of unique items.
6.Data protection
MAURICE VAN VENROOIJ has taken security procedures and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, destruction or alteration. This includes regular Malware and Spyware scans, Secure SSL certification of the website, and TLS certification of the server.
